Full details of every property available for sale are displayed on our own website as well as Rightmove, On The Market and many others.
The web-sites will also feature a virtual tour of your property to ensure it stands out from the competition.
All viewings can be accompanied by one of our experienced negotiators. We arrange all viewings at convenient times for our vendors; alternatively a key can be left with us in our secure system.
Feedback & Communication
We know how important it is to be kept up to date with the activity on your property and will attempt to get detailed feedback to you within 24 hours of any viewings.
If requested we are also pleased to speak with our vendors at regular, scheduled times to discuss the levels of interest in their property and the most effective way to secure a sale in the prevailing market conditions.
Sole Agency Agreements
As we have every confidence in our ability to sell your property and to provide you with a service that you will be happy with, we only ask for four weeks notice to cancel or vary an agreement. Some other agents may attempt to tie you into sole agencies lasting for considerably longer which can severely limit your chance of selling if the service they provide proves unsatisfactory.
