Leaper Stanbrook was established in 1964 by the late Roland Stanbrook and Michael Leaper who is now a consultant whilst the day to day running of the business has been continued by his son Andrew Leaper and his partner James Morley. It's first offices were at number 10 Gildredge Road and within 5 years additional offices had been opened at Hailsham and Herstmonceux.
Following Roland Stanbrooks retirement in 1982, the practice was consolidated at 6 Gildredge Road and in July 1999 the firm moved to it's present much larger premises at 5 Gildredge Road. Additional offices at 28 Meads Street were opened in 2006, further increasing the firms profile and providing a local service to the residents of Meads, East Dean and Friston. The partnership is now run by Andrew Leaper and James Morley who between them have over 50 years experience in the residential property market.

The presentation of the details of clients' properties in extremely important and to enable us to create the best possible impression we use digital photography and a sophisticated computer system to produce high quality full colour particulars. Because we have every confidence in our ability to sell your property and to provide you with a service you will be happy with, we only ask for two weeks notice to cancel or vary an agreement. Some other agents may attempt to tie you into sole agencies lasting for considerably longer which can severely limit your chances of selling if the service they provide proves unsatisfactory.
WE provide a highly effective and professional service whilst maintaining high ethical standards. This is reinforced by the strict code of conduct imposed on us by our membership of the Ombudsman Scheme and our membership of the National Association of Estate Agents.
